Hi everyone, I am a woodworker and need to design architectural mill work. I am wondering if shapr would consider implementing something similar to Rhino 3D’s two rail sweep function. This basically lets you create a profile and sweep it along two rails concurrently, and as the rails converge or diverge the software blends the resulting shape, as well as allowing the user to alter the height of the profile at different points, allowing organic peaks and tapers. It’s also allows for the profile to double back into itself on tight curves, an operation which is not allowed in shapr. Are these types of functions outside of the scope shapr3D in the near future? A video of this operation is included below, as well as a screen grab. Thank you all!
