Dear Sir,
I recently bought iPad generation 10 and installed Shapr3D app. When I use the app I am unable to click any point in order to create any point or line in sketch mode.
It’s just rotating the screen in 3d view. Please help me understand any settings which should be enabled or disabled ?
Shapr3D on the iPad needs an Apple Pencil for modeling. Are you trying to sketch using that? If you do, could you turn on the “Tutorial mode” options for Shapr3D in the iPad’s Settings app and record your screen while trying to sketch? That’d help us understand what’s wrong.

It looks like you do not have an Apple Pencil connected so only camera movements are available.
For creating sketches and interacting with the modeling tools, it is necessary to have the pencil input which is different than the normal touch input made by touching the screen with your fingers.
