Hello,

I have the following question. Suppose I change my Basic subscription to Pro subscription on monthly membership. And (for example) after several month I decide to cancel this subscription before the (subscription) year ends. Does Shapr3d continue to charge me for the of the (subscription) year or does it stop? Does the monthly billing stop with the cancellation?

Hi,

Yes, if you have a monthly subscription, you won’t be charged after it runs out. You aren’t paying a yearly subscription on a monthly basis, it’s really a monthly subscription.
