Using Macbook Pro Trackpad with a Stylus or Apple Pencil?

Hello!

Is this a possibility, using a stylus or Apple Pencil to operate the program on the Macbook Pro trackpad - recreating the experience of using a tablet or an iPad?

Initial digging suggests not, but I had to ask because it would be fairly wonderful if that was possible.

No. Also, unlike a Wacom stylus, the Pencil’s location is not tracked unless it’s touching the iPad screen, so you’d have no idea where the cursor is.
