I have been designing various vacuum hose adapters and the method I came up with was to create 6 circles

and loft and shell each one individually. I had difficulty creating the circles and had to jump through hoops to get each circle to be an individual sketch. When I tried to create two circles on top of each other using copy I could not separate them. Attached is what I came up with. I tried using just four sketch circles but could not use shell to hollow out the cylinders. Is there a better way to create a hose adapter.

Extrude with draft angle can be used also.

How do you do that? When I select angle is says No available variables.

It’s not clear what you mean. Can you record a video?

That was easy. How can you measure the resulting diameter?

draft angle = arctan((D1 - D2) / (2 * H)).

Where:
D2 - end diameter
D1 - start diameter
H - height of the extrusion
