I don’t know that I would actually call this a request. I think it is more a question of whether it makes sense to anyone else. I will post it as a request, but I am all for an argument for or against it.
The problem that this feature will solve:
Allow the option to inverse of how measurements driven by variables are currently displayed. For example, instead of displaying ”f(x) 100mm” instead display “box_side”. I assume it should be a toggle that can be flipped on or off depending on need.
Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:
I think that this will help me keep better track of how I am making use of my variables in my sketches or in my history. I don’t have to click on something to see which variable I need to change.
What can’t you achieve without this feature?
I don’t know! I think it would be a nice option to have but it doesn’t actually change anything. I just wanted to suggest it and see if anyone else agreed or not.
