Very, very slow for open and load my projet

i have mac studio M2 ultra, with 192Mo RAM, and for open my projet it’s take 20 minutes for load and open my project, what is the problem???

Im not an expert but could you give more info on how large the file is and other stuff?

the shapr3D file is 116Mo

Hey, please open a support ticket containing the following info. We’ll investigate further.

  • The version of Shapr3D you are using as shown under your Settings
  • The Shapr3D design with which you’re experiencing the issue: Instantly export to .shapr format
    You can right-click the project on your dashboard and “Save as .shapr”.
