So……I tried performing a tapered chamfer, as I have seen in other posts/tutorials on line. But something weird is happening. Where I am trying to taper it to zero — which it “seems” should be basically the original shape it started (aka with no chamfer); well it contorts part of the shape.
Hello! Forcing a symmetrical chamfer to be non-symmetrical can easily end in weird results, but there are some other ways to get to the result you are looking for. @TigerMike has shown a nice solution in your another post, but please do not forget that the Sweep tool can also be a helpful choice!
