What's a shortcut for Export?

The best scenario is that the user can define his own preference (Control+e). The least I would like to have is to figure out where the shortcut is.

On Apple platforms it’s cmd+shit+e (and i for import), on Windows, ctrl+shitf+e (and i).

I don’t think we can do customization such as using Control-e to do this. Am I right? Or if you can provide me where I can read the documentation, I’ll appreciate it.
