It looks like you’re trying to loft a fully closed ring. I don’t think lofts can do that, a shape can’t loft back onto itself.
The solution is to do it in two steps. Loft a section of it and then fill in the other half with a second loft.
Revolve or do half and then mirror?
Revolve is the easiest solution, doesn’t work though if the ring doesn’t have a uniform profile all around. Hard to tell from that little video clip.
The problem’s fixed. We need to add an auxiliary line, and we also have to select it from the historical records
Actually, what I really want is for Shapr3D to have a sphere that can freely transform into various shapes, similar to subdivision with selectable points and surfaces for moving and changing forms. It should also be able to connect with other tools seamlessly, like Rhino software where you can smoothly adjust the connections. It’s just a shame that I haven’t been able to fulfill my dream of creating complex shapes for all these years. I hope the developers can add this feature in the future
