When returning to edit an extrusion, never collapses all the way

After creating an extrusion and returning to the work to adjust an extrusion’s dimension after closing the program, I can never get the extrusion less than 1mm. I have to delete it and start over.

Hey @Comus57! Is it possible that the grid resolution (the # unit value in the upper right corner) is set to 1 mm? That means the smallest step of interactions is 1mm, but you can apply custom inputs by tapping on the dimension tab or zooming in to change the grid resolution.

Ok I just tried it. I zoomed in to max .001 and able to extruded an object to a minimum thickness of .001. I was still not able to edit the object since it still has a z structure. The scale shouldn’t have anything to prevent reducing the extrusion regardless of what scale is indicated. Also I’m using iOS version Shapr3D.

I sometimes find it faster to type in the extrusion amount I want, on those occasions when I haven’t zoomed in enough.

Tried that. Same problem, but thanks anyway.
