I let my subscription to Shapr3D lapse in 2023 because of some key features missing from the sketch environment. I missed the convenience of being able to draw on my iPad and my desktop so I decided to give it a try again… I’m still in the 14 day trial period and I will NOT be activating my subscription because there is still no EXTEND or FILLET tool in the sketch environment.
Fillet is not a huge deal but not having an Extend function is deal breaker. Extend is a sketching fundamental that is available in the other major 3d modelling applications. Everything starts with a sketch, and the fact that Shapr hasn’t added this tool is mind boggling. I know I’m not first to complain about this and I don’t accept work arounds because my time is important to me and extra clicks are waste of time.
