You have macOS Accessibility Zoom feature turned on. Because of this, you are not zooming in the app, but you are zooming the entire operating system. Apparently the key combo that activates it is the same that you use for zooming in Shapr3D, and it overrides it. You’ll either need to turn this accessibility feature off, or pick another keyboard preset under settings that doesn’t interfere with this accessibility feature.
