I’m approaching a renewal window and wanted to double check my purchase and renewal history only to find that there is nothing available for paying customers to see this information on an authenticated account.
Al one can see is the subscription, seat count, and if auto-renewal is on ( note that if you turn it off apparently on the website it’s stated that you can’t ever turn it back on again… ), and where the purchase was made.
At no point is any amount listed making it very difficult to see any upcoming billing costs. This is a very straightforward thing that is on many other sites, I’d expect to see the same here. Is this going to be updated soon so folks don’t get surprised after a year and can be better informed of upcoming billing, for those of us who do not use this software for profit, it’s important.
