Yes, it’s not fixed, I found reports since iOS 13.

The URL you sent work and am able to view the web page.
Also, part of the web page solutions brought back the Airdrop functionality!!!
The solution for me was solution #2, DISABLE SHARE SHEET SUGGESTIONS and the screenshot is shown below.
