Could you please contact support@shapr3d.com and send the following information:
- Mac model
- macOS version
- did you download the app from App Store or from the website
- previous app version which you updated from
- if you remember anything special you made before this issue happened
These would help us investigate the issue.
You could also try to update to the latest (4.4.1) version, it could fix the problem.
