All of My Synced Files Are Missing

Hello,

All of my synched files have disappeared.
It appears as though I am no longer fully logged in or that my subscription has ended.
I have not received any emails as to my account ending.

Is there a way I can recover my files?
I still want to be subscribed and would like to continue using this software.

I’m using Shapr3D version Version 5.821.0 (8490) on Mac OS 15.3.2 (24D81) on a 27 - inch iMac, 3.7 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4.
