Problem URGENT with my PRO ACCOUNT

Dear all,
I have problems with my account.
I’ve paid for a year the subscription but the app, continues to appear as a free trial account!!
I use this cool app to work! But i can’t save any files format.

Please , how can i solve this nightmare???
It is very urgent.

Hi Roberto,

are you logged in both with your AppleID and your Shapr3D account? If both are true, please tap on the “Restore subscription” button (attached pic)
