App crashes just as it is finishing the last steps of opening my file. I am using a 2nd gen iPad Pro. Sometimes (rarely) the. File will open, but then after doing something simple, the app will shut down. When I am able to open my file, the app always shuts down when I try to use the visualisation tool.
I’ve tried rebooting the iPad. Same thing. I’ve tried turning off all other apps. Same thing happens.
