I need help. I‘m not able to open a design because the app crashes repeatedly. Even after a restart of the IPad it doesn’t work.
Other designs open well.
Any suggestions what to do?
Hi, please extract the file using iTunes following the steps below:
- Plug your iPad to your desktop, open iTunes.
- Click on the tablet icon on the top left
- Open the Shapr3D app from the list, also in the left

Then please send the workspace file to support@shapr3d.com. We will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
