Hello everyone! I recently came to know about the sparrow propellers which have a different design from the standard propellers. Their blade is designed like a loop. I was trying to design one but couldn’t figure out how to do it ! How can I achieve that shape?
Play around with lofts and twisting the guides around to get what you want.
The parametric update will work great here for being able to move the sketches to adjust position and thickness etc.
Looks a bit better with that central sketch on an angle.

I played with it a little more last night and found that having an extra sketch to loft through gave even more control.
These are really fun,I was trying lofting with rails too. I’ve put no research into it, but still fun
You’re both better than me, lofts and I have a hate hate relationship in shapr, I can select profiles, but in 98% of the time not guide curves, it just immediately goes to the sketch.
