Hello! No matter the scale of my models, the Visualized display mode always looks blurry and can’t seem to handle any details at all. It’s basically unusable without also showing edges. There are no textures involved here at all, just starting a new project, drawing a cube and adding some details, it looks like this.
I have the render quality settings set to High. Is it an iPad limitation? I have an M3 Air. Is there anything that can be done? Is it the sharp edges? Can anything be done to improve the visualization quality?
Hello @daniel.crk ,
Have you already tried switching the focus? Tapping on the details of the model will locally sharpen the area around the selection, but everything else will look blurry. If you want the whole model to be sharp, you should tap with your finger on an empty space.
Hey Dalibor, thanks for your reply! I know about the focus, but this happens outside of Vizualisation as well (like I mentioned, even in modeling mode, but setting the Display Mode to Visualized) and there the focus can’t even be set.
Looking at this issue closer, the blur only seems to happen in the shadowed areas. Please see the attached screenshot (you’ll have to zoom in a bit on the circled area).
There was apparently a support ticket opened for this, I’ve replied there but will do so here as well.
The problem seems to only happen with the “Default” visualization environment. With any of the other environments, the shadow areas look much better and more detail is retained.
