Can’t open the file on my iPad, it was created in a newer version on PC. My iPad app is updated, but it still won’t open the file.

I’ve submitted a support ticket but haven’t received a response yet. The issue isn’t limited to one project , none of the projects opened on my PC can be opened on the iPad any longer. I’m wondering if the iPad software version is lagging behind the PC versions, and whether others are experiencing the same problem.
Sometimes it happens that the iPad version becomes available a bit later, but that’s due to Apple’s policies, not Shapr3D’s fault. However, even when this happens, it usually doesn’t last more than a day — most of the time it’s resolved within a few hours.
All of this applies to both Mac and iPad. I can’t say much about Windows, but you can compare the versions yourself. It’s important to remember that projects can’t be opened in older builds, even if it’s just a slightly earlier release of the same version.

Thank you for your response. The iPad update became available yesterday, and the PC and iPad versions are now in sync. I understand that Apple’s review process for software updates can cause rollout delays, but this time the gap was almost a week. I’ll turn off automatic updates on my PC to avoid ending up in the same situation again.
