Incompatible project between iPAD created project and opening file in Windows

I have Shapr3D installed on my iPAD and my Windows machine via the Microsoft Store.

I created a project on the iPAD, but can’t open the project on the Windows machine. I tried updating like the error message suggests, but there are no updates.

What can I do?

I just checked the version from the stand alone Windows installer, it’s 5.460, my ipad also has 5.460, but when you install Shapr3D from the MS store it’s installing 5.450. So instead of waiting for the MS store to publish a newer version, I’m moving over to the stand alone.

I tested the file between the stand-alone and ipad and now it’s working.
