Error after exported from ipad to icloud and can’t open it.
Is it possible that you are not running the latest version on Windows?
can’t open on my PC.
Please note that the Microsoft Store and website versions of Shapr3D aren’t interchangeable, meaning if you have the Store version, you can only update it through the Store, and vice versa.
Which app version are you running on the iPad?
Now, working by uninstalled and install lastest version. Thank you all
Happy that it works, but keep in mind, uninstalling the app also deletes the workspaces, so make sure to export them before if you want to keep them.
