With all snapping turned off, the Arc tool still snaps to multiples of 45°, which causes problems when trying to create arcs aligned to other features near those angles.
It seems like an oversight that angular snapping isn’t part of Grid snapping for the Arc tool like it is for other angle-based tools (Move/Rotate or Rotate Around Axis, for example, snap to 5° increments when Grid snapping is on). Please add it, or (better) separate angular snapping into its own item, since I might want to align the endpoints of an arc to the grid but not snap its angle.
But the simplest and most ideal fix would be to add a modifier key that temporarily disables ALL snapping for the current drag. Adobe’s tools use the Control key for this and it’s very handy.
