Can't log in or reset password

I am trying to log into my account on both the iPad and browser but my password is now not recognised. I click the link to reset the password and enter the email but receive nothing in my inbox. It’s now the weekend so will be unable to get any work done over the weekend. I don’t know what I can do about this. It’s crazy!
