Can't open program

Yesterday I closed Shapr3d and when I went to re-open the program all I get is a slight flickering of the icon and nothing ( running Windows 10 on PC ). I’ve tried several ways to open the program and restarted the computer but nothing. I have already submitted a ticket but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and were able to fix it. I’m in the US and due to the time difference to support this could take a while. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Has there been any resolution to this? I am having the same issue for about three days, and the workaround I have found is to redownload and run the windows installer from the website. But I would like a permanent solution so I do not have to do this download/install every day.

Same here, not opening on Windows 10. I also discovered the same work around of unistalling and reinstalling. Don’t make me go back to Fusion.

We’re aware of an issue affecting some Windows 10 users where Shapr3D doesn’t start after a recent Windows update.
Our team has identified the cause and is working with Microsoft on a permanent fix, and will share updates here once available. In the meantime, you can use the following workaround to get Shapr3D running again:

  1. Download the Shapr3D installer: Windows Installer here.

  2. Save the file in a location that’s easy to access.

  3. Double-click the downloaded file to run it.

  4. When prompted, choose Update or Reinstall.

  5. Once finished, open Shapr3D again.
