[Known Issue] Windows 10 - Shapr3D Not Launching

We’re aware of an issue affecting some Windows 10 users where Shapr3D doesn’t start after a recent Windows update.

We’ve identified the root cause and are working with Microsoft on a permanent fix.

In the meantime, use the temporary workaround below to keep Shapr3D running until the permanent solution is available:

  1. Download the Shapr3D installer: Windows Installer here .

  2. Save the file in a location that’s easy to access.

  3. Double-click the downloaded file to run it.

  4. When prompted, choose Update or Reinstall.

  5. Once finished, open Shapr3D again.
