Cloud two-way sync unavailable between iPad and Windows (Pro Subscription)

There is no cloud storage entry displayed on either my iPad or Windows device, and my design sketches fail to sync between the two devices. I have purchased Shapr3D Pro, confirmed I am signed in to the identical Shapr3D account on both devices, and both apps are official stable builds rather than beta versions. Could you please help troubleshoot this cloud sync failure? I need to edit one project and sync sketches bidirectionally across iPad and Windows. Thank you.
