Color Printing - Bambu Labs

I have a design that has 2 parts. Each part is separate, but overlap.
I want to be able to print them in 2 different colors…Can I set the colors in Shapr3D or do I need to do that in Bambu Labs?

Although the 3MF format is capable of transferring the color, Shapr3D does not write color-related information into the file.
