Combine lines to make one shape?

I have imported a dxf file and would like to combine it into one shape. I need help! I want to be able to off set it all the same and then extrude. How to I close it?

Make sure the whole sketch is connected. With your pen, double tap one of the lines and it will select all the lines connected. The lines that aren’t selected need to be connected.

Once all of them are connected, you can offset the whole sketch

offset is not working on my lines. I selected all of the individual parts, union, intersect, nor offset tool works to make them connected. The dots are right on top of each other though… shouldn’t be this hard.

Yes, I did. I canceled my subscription to the sub-par garbage CAD software known as Shapr3D and purchased Fusion. If it was $5 a month, might be worth. Maybe.
