Constraint Menu on MacOS

I am a new user on a Mac and have the paid license. I can not find the constraint menu option where I can set all the constraint options. Docs say go to sketch mode and the constraint menu options ill be visable. I do not see them. When in sketch mode I keep drawing more of what ever I did last (ie a line or circle etc.). I also do not understand how to get the dimesnions to show on a body. THis is probably very easy but your tutorals show the effect I want but I do not see what the ionstructor is pushing to get the effect.

Thanks for the prompt reply. That helped me understand that the constraint icon is only visible in sketch more and that I needed to turn on Always show Constraints and I expect the same for Dimensions. I am still work on it but I at least am thru this wall.

For my workflow, I’ve created 2 toogle shortcut for that.
