I don’t know if this has been mentioned before, but I ran into this today.
I wanted to show my sister how Shapr3D works, so she installed it on her iPad. Before she could actually start using the app, she had to go through the introductory tutorial, which took about six minutes and couldn’t be skipped.
My sister has ADHD and very little patience
, and she became so frustrated with the tutorial that I ended up doing it for her. By the time we finally got into Shapr3D, she was already pretty much done with the app.
Of course, I understand why the tutorial is there. For many new users it will probably be very helpful. But I wonder if it really needs to be mandatory.
Would it be possible in a future update to add a Skip tutorial option? People who want some guidance can follow it, while people who prefer to explore the app themselves — or have someone sitting next to them to explain it — can get started straight away.
It would be a shame if a helpful introduction actually became a barrier for some potential new users.
