Hi i want to be able to create something link this in Shapr3d how to you create a complex curve or add a sphere as i dont see that option.

I’m not a pro, but for a shape like that you could draw an ellipse, draw a line down the center, then use the Revolve function and select 180 degrees or whatever degrees you need. You can utilize the offset function to create the inner wall/outer wall.
Hopefully that helps. I’m sure someone more experienced will give you a better answer but I thought I’d at least chime in in case you were in a hurry to get this done.
As Adam suggested, the Revolve tool would be fine for this. Then you could cut the slots into the body.
You could alternatively have the slots follow the internal shape of the body all the way around.
