Hi! I deleted the app and when I reinstalled it I saw that all my designs disappeared, all my work from the last years! Can anything be recovered? I’m shocked!

Not unless you saved the files to an external file location, such as iCloud. Otherwise the files reside within the app.
Yeah I’ve had the exact same issue. It was heartbreaking. Two years (almost) of work Gone in a second. In my case I bought a new Ipad and thought the files were saved in the cloud. For this to happen you need to export and save the file. As I understand it Shapr3D is currently developing a cloud-based service which will solve these types of problems. Sorry for your loss
