I’ve been a happy Shapr3D user on my iPad for well over a year now. I opened the app today for the first time in a while and discovered an unskippable prompt forcing me to create a Shapr3D account and go through a series of unskippable tutorials. That was annoying but fine, but I’ve discovered that doing this has apparently completely wiped out all my designs? Where are they all?
This appears to be the same issue as was faced by the person in this thread, but I can’t imagine that Sync would be necessary to retain designs locally on the only physical device I’ve ever used. Shapr3D lost my design in moving to new email account system? - #5 by automatom
