Extrude to match?

I’m new to Shapr, and I’ve gotten hung up on trying to Extrude a box to match the height of another box.

When I pull up the face, I try to snap to a vertex on the other box and can’t. I’ve tried using the Extrude tool and get the same results. Can’t snap to a face, line, nor point.

What am I doing wrong? Is this not a feature?
