HBPM: add Comment to Step List

In addition to any other organization methods to the history list, I would like to be able to add a Comment. This would be a non operational step, with an editable name. Being able to color this Comment would be even better.

The reason for this is to be able to add identifiers to the history list. This list of steps can become very long.

I like the idea of comments too (and folders) for history steps. There are hundreds of steps even for the simplest of designs. Partly this is my fault for not combining steps like fillets. Having history is awesome and I can only see things getting better!
