Help w sketch constraints

Trying to understand how I can rotate one edge of a triangle (in a 2D sketch) and maintain the opposite angle. When I try, it maintains the length of the edge and instead alters the opposite angle to accommodate. I’ve tried to use various combinations of constraints, but can only get the (undesired) angle accommodation or the figure locks up entirely. Thoughts? Workarounds?

FYI this is the design. Note the upper left quadrant where I rotated the outside edges and would like the pie wedges to continue filling the space.

(I think I uploaded the image?)

Hi, here’s a short video workaround on how you can position the triangle by adjusting its angles:

Afterward you can duplicate the traingle to have several copies.
I hope that this is helpful

Thanks! I can work with that
