How do I figure out where the break is?

I had selected the edges from an object and projected them onto a plane. But I cannot for the life of me get the edges to be contiguous to create a sketch that I can extrude. I have zoomed all the way to .0001mm at every endpoint to make sure they were connected I found 2 spots, and connected them. But something is still preventing it from becoming a face.

Is there an easier way to do this? What am I missing?

Also not sure if it’s related. When I select one edge on one side of the endpoint it highlights the endpoint. But the edge on the otherside does not?

Thanks!

Usually, I can easily find the gap just by eye. If you can share the project, I can help you find the problematic areas.

Another way to find the gap is to add helper lines that divide the sketch into several profiles — this helps identify exactly where the problem is.

I’ve attached the file here. Thank you.

This is how I usually correct this kind of sketches
