Hello, I’m testing different CAD software and was recently on Fusion 360. They have a button that can auto assign colors to bodies. This is quick and easy, since I don’t care about the actual colors, I just want to quickly visualize the product. How can I do this in Shapr3d?
The only way is through the visualization. It’s not automatic but is not really that time consuming either.

Nag, nag…
I do think it time (to) consuming…
For me, still one of the most irritating functional downgrade I encountered.
(Last week I tried to make some enhancement to my working environment by making material by default transparent (in visualization) but that failed.)

Yes, however some of the functionality you gain with Shapr… don’t throw the baby out with the bath water.
