Is it possible to work on imported cad files?
I have downloaded some files and am unable to work on them as when I double click the face it goes freakish colour and I can’t see any detail.
But I can on my own designs
Any help please ?
Hello @Alyicia13, sure you can work on imported files, please take a look at the supported file formats:
Can it happen that you have imported a mesh file (STL or OBJ)? These are not the kind of Shapr3D’s favorites. You can import them, do some smaller edits with them, but Shapr is basically a CAD software. If you are looking for creating and editing mesh models, please try a digital sculpting app.
Or if it can be downloaded in another format, step for example
