When I try to install (see pictures) I get an error box and the installation stops.

Please search for Windows updates, install them if there are some available, and give installing Shapr3D a try. If it still not works, please contact us in a support ticket using the link below and let us know the detailed hardware and OS specs of the machine you are using.
