Leaving fill holes for STL with gyroid infill

I’m making a plant stand that will be 3d printed. I’m using a low gyroid fill in the base so it can be filled after printing to give it more heft. But I’m not sure how to leave a fill hole in the top of the stand to pour my filler in. Is this something that shapr3d can do? Or is a job for a mesh editor like Blender or something?

If the former, how would I do that?

Thanks!
C

Do it with modifiers in the slicer. That is the only way and the best way. The imported 3d model cannot provide information on where to not print external layers to reveal the infil. The slicer can. There are youtube videos on how to do this for some very excellent affects.
