I lost all my projects after my pro version ran out and had to re-log into shap3rd.
Is this normal?

No, you won’t lose your data when your susbcription expires. Are you sure that you aree logged in with the right email address and not with an alternative account? Please contact our support team directly if you can’t resolve the issue, we can’t help on the forum with account related problems due to privacy and data protection.
