I have just subscribed for PRO Subscription (1 Year) however I am unable to use PRO feature. I subscribed via AppStore. Actually I logged into my account on Shapr3D website and it shows that my account has changed to Annual Pro Subscription already. I tried to restart the app but it doesn’t work. Can you advise? Thanks!

I can confirm there is a subscription to the email address you are logged in, we should look for the issue somewhere else. Could you please update Shapr3D to the latest, 5.132 version from the AppStore and let me know if you have access to your license?
ps.: the suspicious detail was the four icons at the bottom of the screen (Discover, Designs, Learn, Settings). We have changed it to five icons by embedding direct forum access.
