Data wiped after switching account

Hi, please do assist me in this situation.
My subscription expired, i decided to switch to my company email/account for shapr3d but all my data from previous account are gone!
Is there any way to retrieve it?
Please do help me.

Hi @JWDesign, if you have not removed Shapr3D from the device, all of your designs should be there on the machine. Please contact us on our support channel, let us know both email addresses you have for the old and the new account, we will sort it out.

Thank you very much, i logged in with old account and with all data in it. i have already exported all my data out
