I have a problem with logging in to the app

Dear friends (developer or any heroes!!)
I am a student and I have already requested for free usage of pro version. But after updating I cannot sign in anymore so I had to sign up with the same account and password. Then, I found that my pro version was canceled and I cannot open my projects that has been saved before.

How can I get pro version as a student again?
Now, I try pro version for 14 days to open my saved project. I need to access this project to finish my first degree, please help me.
