Move object to conical shape

I’d like this stick circled in red to be leaning against the conical shape. How would I do that?

Rotate around axis. Or project the stick on the plane tangent to the conus and align the stick to that projection.

If you can share the project I can show on a video how to do that.

One way is to make a plane at a point an sketch on it. then sweep it or extrude it as a new body if you want to pattern it for multiple copies around your cone

Replace face tool on top of the rib to be even with the top of the cone.
